Fuel filters come in three types: diesel fuel filters, gasoline fuel filters, and gas fuel filters. The role of a fuel filter is to prevent particles, water, and impurities in the fuel from damaging the precision components of the fuel system due to wear and tear. The fuel filter is installed in the pipeline between the fuel pump and the throttle valve inlet. Its function is to remove solid impurities such as iron oxide and dust contained in the fuel, preventing blockage of the fuel system (especially the fuel injectors). This reduces mechanical wear, ensures stable engine operation, and improves reliability. The injector structure consists of an aluminum housing and a stainless steel bracket. The bracket is fitted with a chrysanthemum-shaped high-efficiency filter paper to increase the flow area. Electronic fuel injection filters cannot be interchanged with chemical oil filters. Because electronic fuel injection filters often withstand fuel pressure of 200-300 KPA, the filter's pressure resistance is generally required to reach 500 KPA or more, while chemical oil filters do not require such high pressure.
